Attorney Julia S. Dasaro

Attorney Julia S. Dasaro is native of Monmouth County, New Jersey, and has been practicing law for almost 30 years.  As an Alumni of Fordham University School of Law, Julia began her career as a Judicial Clerk for the Hon. James A. Kennedy in the Superior Court of New Jersey. After her clerkship, she was counsel for a highly regarded New Jersey law firm practicing personal injury, workers’ compensation and assorted civil litigation matters.

In 2006, Julia opened her own practice with the goal of delivering value to her clients by providing exceptional legal services all while avoiding unnecessary, ineffective and costly litigation tactics.

Attorney Dasaro has acquired the kind of in-depth knowledge of complex issues that only experience can bring. She approaches her cases in a practical way and seeks fair compromises where appropriate, allowing her to maintain an excellent reputation among clients and colleagues alike. Julia has a reputation for practical legal advice. She is an excellent litigator, but also skilled at settling cases with favorable outcomes for her clients.

Attorney Dasaro has extensive training in Collaborative Law and Mediation.  She is a court-appointed Family Law Mediator as well as an Early Settlement Program panelist and Civil Court Arbitrator for the Monmouth County Superior Court. Attorney Dasaro is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Monmouth County Bar Association.

Attorney Dasaro is currently serving as Trustee of the Monmouth County Bar Association for the ’24-’25 term. She is also a member of the Arbitration Committee, Civil Practice Committee, and Entertainment Committee.

In her time away from the office, Julia enjoys spending time with her family and 2 pups. She is passionate about the arts and all things Broadway.
